The Blacksburg Community Band is available to play for groups, organizations or community events such as nursing homes, hospitals, community fairs, holiday events, special occasions, and outside park concerts, to name a few.
The band does not charge for performances. Voluntary donations from concert hosts are, of course, gratefully accepted since these funds support the operations of the band.
The sponsoring concert host is asked only to provide chairs and a suitable place to play. Whenever possible, music will be selected to complement your event or to meet your listening preferences.
